Terms of Service

GENERAL
♥ If you commission me, you automatically accept my terms of service.
♥ I will do: Pixel Art, People, OCs, Anime, Cartoons, Fanart, Furry, Animals, Kemonomimis, NSFW & Gore.
♥ I won't do: Realism, full mecha of any NSFW art I don't feel comfortable with. In general you can ask for anything just be mindful that I may refuse to work on it.PAYMENTS
♥ The first half of the payment is done upfront and the second half when the work is finished.
♥ I will accept full payments in advance. This will prioritize the client on the queue.REVISIONS
♥ Up to 5 changes can be made during the sketch and flat colors. Changes in the other stages will cost extra.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
♥ The illustration/model is done in a time from 1 week to 6 months depending on the complexity, please be patient.
♥ If you need the artwork due to a certain deadline, the cost will go up.
♥ The client will receive a low quality watermarked image before making the full payment, if they approve it and complete the payment, they will finally receive the image in high quality.USE
♥ The work must not be re-sold or heavily edited by the client.
♥ Use on AI training of NFT is prohibited. No exceptions.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
♥ The commercial rights of a character design belongs to the client but the authorship of the model belongs solely to LethargicMoth and the client must give credit for the work.REFUNDS
♥ No refunds or holds. Please be mindful about this before commissioning.COMMUNICATION
