Policies

GENERAL
♥ I will do: Pixel Art, People, OCs, Anime, Cartoons, Fanart, Furry, Animals, Kemonomimis, NSFW & Gore, etc.
♥ I won't do: Realism, full mecha & NSFW that includes zoophilia or minors. You can ask for anything else.
♥ I can refuse to make an illustration/vtuber model, If I refuse after a payment is made, the refund will be the total paid.
♥ I am free to publish the illustrations/models but I'll keep the client's privacy if they wish.PAYMENTS
♥ The first half of the payment is before the sketching progress and the second half when the ilustration/model is finished.
♥ I will accept full payments in advance.
♥ Priority depends on the order of the request.
♥ Prices can go up depending of the complexity of the illustration/model.REVISIONS
♥ 3 changes can be made during the flat colors and sketch.
♥ For the live2D rigging, the request for changes/fixing can be made only during the first 15 days after the model is delivered.
♥ Once delivered to fix problems with the model there is no limit of changes during the 15 days gap, just be mindful of my skill level.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
♥ The illustration/model is done in a time from 1 week to 2 months depending on the complexity, please be patient.
♥ The client will receive a low quality jpg before making the payment, if they approve it and complete the payment, they will finally receive the png in high quality.USE
♥ The work must not be re-sold by the client.
♥ I can make modifications to the vtuber model with an additional cost or make new outfits if the client wishes. In case of the client making modifications, they must clarify that said modifications were made by them in their networks, without eliminating the credits of the base model to LethargicMoth.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
♥ The rights to a design belongs to the client but the authorship of the design belongs solely to LethargicMoth and the client must give credit for the work. (This means you can use your vtuber design for commercial use, but credit me and don't sell the actual model).REFUNDS
♥ Refunds will depend on the progress made in the illustration/model: Sketch 70%, Colors 30% and full illustration 0%. The percentage will be in accordance with the total paid by the client.COMMUNICATION
