Policies

GENERAL
♥ If you commission me, you automatically accept my terms of service.
♥ I will do: Pixel Art, People, OCs, Anime, Cartoons, Fanart, Furry, Animals, Kemonomimis, NSFW & Gore.
♥ I won't do: Realism, full mecha & NSFW that includes zoophilia or minors.
♥ You can ask for anything that is not above.
♥ I can refuse to make an illustration/vtuber model.PAYMENTS
♥ The first half of the payment is done upfront and the second half when the illustration/vtuber model is finished.
♥ I will accept full payments in advance.REVISIONS
♥ Up to 5 changes can be made during the sketch and lineart. Changes in the coloring stages will cost extra.
♥ For the live2D rigging, the request for changes/fixing can be made only during the first 7 days after the model is delivered.
♥ To fix problems with the model there is no limit during the 7 days gap but in the case of subjective issues like the ones of "personal taste" there is no changes.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
♥ The illustration/model is done in a time from 1 week to 6 months depending on the complexity, please be patient.
♥ If you need the artwork due to a certain deadline, the cost will go up.
♥ The client will receive a low quality watermarked image before making the payment, if they approve it and complete the payment, they will finally receive the image in high quality.USE
♥ The illustration/vtuber model must not be re-sold or heavily edited by the client.
♥ Use on AI training of NFT is prohibited.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
♥ The commercial rights of a vtuber design belongs to the client but the authorship of the model belongs solely to LethargicMoth and the client must give credit for the work.REFUNDS
♥ No refunds or holds. Please be mindful about this before commissioning.COMMUNICATION

Precios Costa Rica

  • Sticker vinil laminado: ¢700 c/u o 3 x ¢1500

  • Photo cards: ¢500 c/u

  • Prints: ¢1500 c/u

  • Llaveros: ¢3500

  • Pines: ¢2500

  • Imanes: ¢1500

  • Comisiones de stickers: Precio base ¢5000 y se aceptan solo si tienen potencial de venta a más personas, eso queda a mi criterio.

  • Para comisión de ilustración digital completa el precio es muy variable según complejidad, estilo, cantidad de personajes, tipo de fondo y otras variables que se puedan considerar con un precio base de ¢15000.

  • Para modelos live2d los precios base son de ¢40 000 (sin rig) o ¢80 000 (con rig).

* Para entregas se puede hacer por Correos de Costa Rica o coordinando un punto de encuentro.
